As our Branch Manager, you’ll play an integral role in facilitating all aspects of branch operations to ensure a profitable outcome for the company. You are responsible for managing the day‐to‐ day operation of the branch in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. Working with the leadership team, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‐term objectives. As part of the management team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

We are a family, and you’ll soon build positive working relationships with all branches, management, and leadership teams by participating in initiatives, meetings, sharing best practices and business ideas. You will have the support of a Regional Manager and some of the best people in the business on a corporate level.
- Diligence. You will consistently identify financial or operational deficiencies and issues and develop creative solutions to address them. Safety is key and you will ensure safe work conditions and correct hazards or dangers as they occur.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years management experience in heavy equipment or related industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to develop and maintain a strong team atmosphere focused on building the business while providing quality service
- Proven track record of increasing sales
- Superior customer relations skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good communications skills
- Good computer and systems knowledge
- Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and service
- Post secondary degree or equivalent work experience
