The goal of a Customer Support Representative (CSR) is to become a consultant for the customer. A successful CSR is actively engaged with the customer, understands the customers business, their needs, and has the product and technical knowledge to offer the right solution at the right time. A CSR will successfully increase sales by maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
The CSR works closely with the Branch Manager and Corporate Customer Support Manager to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.
